Emerging Leaders Executive Development Program – Virtual Group Sessions (Live, video-based).  This program includes recurring coaching sessions between a group of Emerging Leaders and the Executive Business Coach.  Groups meet monthly for 75 minutes, typically via video-conferencing.  Download Executive Summary

Mid-Level Peer Group.  This video-based group is for managers or lower level leaders who could rise in their organization but need support and development around their leadership skills.  The group meets on Zoom video monthly, for two core hours.  The sessions create an opportunity to learn about challenges and successes among peers. The collective wisdom of the group is powerful and has resulted in actionable steps for improvement for all.
