The Hallmarks of the Fastest-Growing Alliance Member Companies

San Jose, CA.   November 14, 2012.  The Alliance of CEOs.

Ten Alliance member companies have made the San Francisco Business Times list of fastest-growing Bay Area companies, and quite a few more made the San Jose Business Journal’s fastest-growing list as well.

We are honored to have them as members, and excited to announce that a number of their CEOs discussed the strategies and tactics behind their success at this session.

The event began with our esteemed panelists—all CEOs and Alliance members—providing insights on the key factors behind their rapid growth. Then, CEOs in the audience weighed in on the discussion and probed the panelists for additional insights.  Small group discussions followed, each led by a skilled facilitator.  At each table, the CEOs had the option of sharing their own company’s situation to act as a case study, gathering the collective wisdom of the CEOs around the table.

We heard a variety of challenges and opportunities, including companies struggling to grow, companies seeking to accelerate growth, and companies striving to keep up with demand.
