The Battle for Enterprise Value

San Francisco, CA.
September 17, 2009.
Association for Corporate Growth SF Member Luncheon.

Behind every M&A transaction is a CEO that waged the battle to maximize enterprise value.  Some succeed brilliantly; the deals grew bigger, to the benefit of everyone in the deal community.

As the economic downturn and credit crisis unfolded, valuations went down and CEOs were on the defensive, trying to figure out how to minimize the losses and maximize the gains.  Three valuation-savvy CEOs explained how they had planned to maximize value pre-downturn, what happened to their value during the downturn, and what they’re doing now push values up again.

Rob moderated this panel discussion, comprised of John Keagy, CEO of GoGrid, Steve Bachman, CEO of Vinfolio, and Paul White, CEO, VPEP Technology Corp.
