Minimizing the Risk of Maximizing your Growth
March 6, 2014. San Francisco, CA. Comerica Bank. Minimizing the Risk of Maximizing your Growth
Comerica Bank brought together leading CEOs from San Francisco to discuss this critical topic. As a warm up for the morning, Robert Sher presented a framework for the discussion which included these touch points:
• Growing aggressively without being reckless
• Insuring that companies have the right team to go into growth mode
• Getting real about the odds of success in a growth effort
• Budgeting and forecasting issues—when going where no company has gone before.
Then they worked live case studies brought by the attendees. This closed-door, confidential event was for active CEOs only, and was a no-selling environment. All CEOs in attendance came ready to contribute their ideas and experience as case studies were worked, and/or contributed a current situation they were facing at their company as a case study exercise.
