Make it Mighty Webinar with Guest, Tim Meyers

Tuesday, June 30, 2015, 2015:  Make It Mighty – Webinar with Guest, Tim Meyers @ 10:00am – 11:00am PST

No Cash = No Growth – Don’t Panic:
Here’s How to Keep It and Get More When You Need It

This June 30th webinar is interactive, with live polling and audience questions (via typing) which Rob and his guest, Tim Meyers of Baker Tilly will answer during the session.  No cost to you.

Running out of money is a powerful growth killer.  Yet too often, midsized firms are surprised when cash runs low and react in a panic.  Even for long-time CFOs, managing cash during cash-scarce times can be a new experience with heavy burdens.

For this webinar, Robert Sher, welcomes Tim Meyers, from the global accounting firm Baker Tilly. As Managing Director Tim assists in growing their mid-market and growth company practice.   His specific focus is working closely with senior management and their boards to accelerate growth with strategic advice on equity and debt structures, acquisitions, strategic partnerships or new product strategies.   His clients have included: private equity, software, biotech, life sciences, data analytics, professional services, energy, real estate, and education.

Together Rob Sher and Tim Meyers will tackle the issue of Cash=Growth, with Rob coming from the CEO perspective and Tim providing the CFO point-of-view.

At this webinar, you will learn how to:

  1. Highlight your sources and uses of cash with the right metrics.
  2. Install cash flow planning so you’ll never be surprised.
  3. Anticipate your banker’s moves by understanding their motivation and how they think.
  4. Use other people’s money (investors) only when it’s the best option for you.
  5. Change your team’s leadership skill sets as a company’s cash flows grow bigger.
