It is amazing what families can accomplish in business when their operating and business plan is crisp and clear and where only the most important priorities are called out and focused upon.

Creating and executing such plans is a learned skill that isn’t taught in business school.  Building that skill takes only a little training and some practice.  Once mastered, planning skills will pay dividends for the remainder of a business leader’s working life.
