How can/should CFOs show the greatest leadership externally (the street, vendors, customers), at the board level, in the C Suite, with the broader leadership team and in fact the whole company?  When does the team look to the CFO for leadership, versus the CEO, in your company?

Robert Half Management Resources brought together leading CFOs from San Francisco to discuss this critical topic.  Robert Sher presented a framework for the discussion, then they worked live case studies brought by the attendees. This closed-door, confidential event was for active CFOs only, and was a no-selling environment.  All CFOs in attendance came ready to contribute their ideas and experience as case studies were worked, and/or contributed a current situation they were facing at their company as a case study exercise.
