The most successful executives are those who are constantly learning new ideas.  The good news is there are lots of great business books out there.  The challenge for most of us is finding the time to actually read them.

That’s where CEO to CEO’s No-Read Book Club come in.  These will be regular events where you will be able to pick up the key ideas and themes from a great business book, share experiences with others and get some ideas on how to start applying those to your business right away.

And the best part?  You don’t even need to read the book!  We’ll cover the key points, have a great group discussion and get you on your way.  You’ll walk out with a several page summary, some new knowledge and introductions to like-minded executives who also want to learn and be successful!

Who Should Attend?
Business leaders and professionals who have a need to keep learning, but don’t have the time to read…or just realize they will get even more out of the discussion of the material than just reading it.

How does it work?
We’ll keep it simple – come in between 7:45 and 8:00 a.m., we will provide a light breakfast and some coffee and get rolling.  You’ll have a few minutes to meet the other attendees and then we’ll dive right in to the review and discussion of the book. We’ll close on time and get you on with your day.

April Book Review – The One Thing By Gary Keller (w/ Jay Papasan)

Synopsis: Everyone is looking for the silver bullet of productivity – get more done, handle more things in less time. But simultaneously we are all drowning in email, social media, meetings, phone calls, things to do and things that aren’t getting done.

The answer to both of those issues – becoming more productive and more in control is to start doing less.

Author, Speaker and Trainer Gary Keller is also the co-founder of the hugely successful Real Estate company – Keller Williams and in The One Thing he shares the ideas that have helped him create the largest Real Estate company in the US over the last 30 years.

He outlines his key ideas in a very straightforward way and lays out the 6 reasons why most of us struggle with finding these ideas in the first place…and why you might be challenged to adopt his approach even though it makes a lot of sense.
