True alignment is easy to talk about but really hard to get! Every situation is different. In some cases, just some dialogue and discussion are needed. At other times, people’s objectives are quite different and they don’t want to align. In other cases, the wounds of not having aligned in the past must be managed.
We are putting together a small discussion group, limited to six leaders per session. Each leader will be from a different company. For 90 minutes, we’ll tackle each group members’ challenges or questions about alignment in their own company. We’ll primarily use a case-study approach. You’ll hear not only from us as facilitators and experts, but from the other leaders on the call.
CEOs and c-suite executives from companies with revenues from $10 million to $150 million are welcome. All participants will get access to our exclusive Alignment Assessment after the session. Everyone will walk away having learned real-world tactics to increase alignment.
