Ken Blanchard’s Situational Leadership®II

Tuesday, November 10, 2015.    Downtown San Francisco, CA.   7:30am – 5:00pm

“Our middle managers could use training on how to be great manager.”  If this statement rings true, this seminar may be a good fit for your managers.

CEOs and their C-suite can’t lift their companies to the next level when the middle management isn’t trained and ready to step up.  We’ve had numerous requests for high quality middle management training, and so we’ve turned to the Ken Blanchard Companies, who deliver top quality management training to the Fortune 500 companies.  I’ve tapped one of their top trainers, Ron Sacchi, to deliver their core management training program for our midsized company clients.

I’ve personally met with Ron and done my homework to ensure that he’s an excellent presenter and trainer.  I’ve reviewed the material and find it compelling and of high quality.  Lastly, the lessons taught are core to my beliefs about how I manage, and how the most successful leaders manage.  I have no doubt that it will be of great value.   If for any reason you’re not sure this is the right training for you, just call me and we’ll talk it over. — Robert Sher

Program Description:

Leveraging all the theory and design that has made Ken Blanchard’s Situational Leadership®II the world’s most taught leadership training model for more than 30 years, our new learning design, The SLII® Experience, uses game-changing techniques that immerse learners in SLII® quickly, deeply, and effectively.  This process includes pre-work and a variety of tools at your fingertips after the day’s lessons are completed as well. You’ll have access to online learning modules that you can use with your team members back at the office. There are 23 videos that can be used as refreshers for you, or in your own team meetings. While you get the initial training, it is not for just you. For more info on this see: Learning Design Overview

  • Become a flexible leader who is highly skilled at goal setting, coaching, performance evaluation, active listening, feedback, and proactive problem solving

Bringing together highly engaging classroom activities with pre- and post-tools helps reinforce, measure, and cement learning.
